Elite Surgery Abroad connects UK patients with world-class orthopaedic surgery in France no waiting lists, all-inclusive packages, life-changing results.

When they came to us, the service was exceptional and the digital presence was close to nonexistent. We built the brand from scratch and designed a platform worthy of the care they deliver.

The problem

When patients searched for orthopaedic surgery abroad, Elite Surgery Abroad didn't appear. Their existing site was outdated, untracked, and impossible to navigate on mobile. Trust signals patient testimonials, surgeon credentials, the hospital partnership with Clinique Victor Pauchet were buried or missing entirely.

Brand first. Then build everything on top of it.

The approach

We started with positioning. Elite Surgery Abroad isn't a medical broker or a budget option, it's a premium, all-inclusive service with surgeons who have decades of specialist experience. The brand needed to communicate confidence, safety, and warmth in equal measure. We developed a visual identity and tone of voice that felt trustworthy without being clinical, and aspirational without overpromising.

The website architecture was built around the patient journey, from first search to booked consultation. We mapped out every question a hesitant patient would ask (Is it safe? How much does it cost? Will I be on my own?) and made sure the site answered all of them, clearly, before the patient had to ask. Separate surgery pages, country-specific content for UK, US, and Canada, a full testimonial library, and video patient stories were all built into the core structure.

On the technical side: fully custom WordPress theme, optimised for speed and mobile, integrated with Facebook tracking, and structured for organic search from day one.
