Introduction
Elite Surgery Abroad needed to fill consultation calendars in two very different markets at once: UK patients and Canadian patients, each researching hip or knee replacement on their own timeline. A single broad campaign could not speak to a Calgary knee patient and a Manchester hip patient with the same message, and blending the two in reporting made it impossible to tell which market or procedure was actually worth the budget.
A look at how geo and procedure specific Meta traffic campaigns drove over 54,000 landing page views for hip and knee replacement candidates across the UK and Canada, at a blended cost of £0.15 per view.

The problem
Elite Surgery Abroad needed to fill consultation calendars in two very different markets at once: UK patients and Canadian patients, each researching hip or knee replacement on their own timeline. A single broad campaign could not speak to a Calgary knee patient and a Manchester hip patient with the same message, and blending the two in reporting made it impossible to tell which market or procedure was actually worth the budget.
Five campaigns, one clear signal.
The approach
The account was split into five geo and procedure specific traffic campaigns: Canada Hip, Canada Knee, UK Hip, UK Knee, and a standalone Alberta test, each running its own daily budget and bidding independently toward landing page views. This kept spend accountable by market and let the strongest combination absorb more budget without waiting on a quarterly review.
A second tier of 48 lower-funnel campaigns, covering messaging conversations, UK and Canada follow-ups, and lead forms, ran in parallel at lower spend, nurturing the audience that did not convert on the first visit.

Of ad clicks convert into a counted landing page view, at a blended £0.15 cost per view across five active campaigns
Splitting the account by geography and procedure turned a single blended number into four clear signals, and the signal is consistent: Canada outperforms the UK, and Hip outperforms Knee, in both markets. Canada Hip alone delivered a third of all landing page views at less than half the account's average cost per result, making it the clearest candidate for incremental budget. The Alberta test, while smaller, has already validated at a competitive £0.18 and is worth scaling to a full campaign rather than staying a test line.
The next review should watch whether UK Hip's move out of preparing status and into full delivery closes its efficiency gap with Canada, and whether shifting budget from UK Knee, the account's least efficient traffic line, funds that Canada Hip and Alberta scale-up without raising the blended £0.15 cost per view.

Bond Media transformed our marketing from day one. Within three months our online enquiries doubled and our brand finally looked as good as our product. The team took the time to understand our business before touching a single campaign, and it showed in the results. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants marketing that actually moves the needle.
