Foxtons approached Bond Media during the redevelopment phase of their main website. They required support in optimising eight core service pages, ensuring that the user journey was seamless, mobile-first, and analytics-friendly.
Beyond the visual upgrade, Foxtons needed help aligning complex service messaging with modern UX principles. The project involved interpreting large volumes of performance data, refining the hierarchy of information, and ensuring the designs could be handed off smoothly to their in-house developers for build and implementation.
Bond Media delivered a full set of high-fidelity, mobile-optimised designs with clear navigation, compelling calls to action, and adaptable components. The new layouts helped declutter service messaging and guided users toward contact and conversion points with ease.
Working in tandem with Foxtons’ internal teams, the project launched on time and contributed to a marked improvement in user engagement across key pages. Foxtons continues to benefit from Bond Media’s strategic insight, with ongoing consultation on digital performance and platform evolution.

Modular Content Blocks Custom-built components for service explanations, FAQs, and trust signals made content updates easy and consistent across all pages.
Mobile-First Navigation Every design iteration prioritised speed, clarity, and thumb-friendly actions, increasing mobile conversions.
Stakeholder-Ready Prototypes Clickable wireframes and annotated designs allowed for smooth internal approvals and developer implementation without ambiguity.
