Bond Media was tasked with creating a bold and engaging digital platform that would highlight their unique service portfolio, recruitment, advisory, podcast and Playbook careers centre. The client needed a design language that felt modern yet professional and aligned with their data‑driven Playbook methodology. The website also had to serve as a central hub for job listings, podcast episodes and downloadable career resources.
Key requirements included smooth animations to support the brand’s dynamic tone, intuitive video and job browse functionality, and a content backend that would allow the team to manage podcast episodes, career resources, recruitment listings and advisory offerings independently.
The completed website presents Hunters & Unicorns as a modern, strategy‑led recruitment partner and thought leader. It features a striking design with black backgrounds and dual accent colours, rich animations and micro interactions that enhance user engagement. The podcast hub highlights featured episodes and guest champions, while the job board promotes current roles.
A new Playbook career centre offers downloadable resume templates, interview guides and application support. Content management tools enable full control over job postings, podcast content and resource updates without developer input.
