Riviera London requested a website that would evoke the elegance and creativity of their dining experience, styled after the South of France yet grounded in London sophistication. The website needed to communicate their gastronomic position via menus, artistically inspired interiors, live events and themed spaces such as the Amelia lounge and terrace.
It also had to include a flexible content system for menu updates, event announcements and imagery, plus an integrated table booking interface with deposits, guest rules and dress code details. The whole experience had to feel artful, intuitive and attractive to those seeking a luxurious dining destination in central London.
The final website immerses users in Riviera’s elegant Mediterranean experience from the moment they arrive. Art direction evokes Riviera's artistic spaces inspired by Picasso and Le Corbusier, while curated photography, menu previews and event imagery reinforce the venue’s ambience.
Reservation tools are integrated with booking deposit rules and guest instructions, and event pages feature details for private hire and live entertainment. Riviera’s team can update menus, events and news independently via a tailored content backend, ensuring the site remains fresh and aligned with the brand.
To match Riviera London’s refined hospitality brand, we introduced a premium features set focused on storytelling, visual impact and operational control:
Artistic Themed Design Showcase Visual pages and galleries that reflect Riviera’s South of France interior design, dining spaces and curated artwork.
Dynamic Menu Builder A backend module allowing Riviera staff to update à la carte, dessert, lunch and cocktail menus independently whenever they wish.
Booking System Integration Online reservation with deposit capture, guest policies, smart casual dress code and location-specific instruction all managed via the site.
Content Management System A flexible backend enables updates to menus, event listings, home page imagery and press content without reliance on external support.
Next projects.
