Secret Oasis Spa approached us seeking a refreshed digital presence that could properly reflect both branches, Spa and MediSpa, in Fulham, as well as their diverse treatment menu. They needed clear presentation of services such as massages, nails, facials and clinical skincare, along with pricing, gift vouchers and booking integration.
They also had to showcase partnerships with professional brands such as Elemis, Environ and Medik8, promote customer testimonials, and enable the internal team to update treatments, promotions and staff profiles easily without external support.
We built an elegant and intuitive website that clearly separates spa treatments and medi‑spa offerings, allowing users to browse by category, massages, facials, nails, injectables and acupuncture, each with detailed descriptions and visuals. Contact pages and gift voucher options are integrated for a smooth user flow.
A loyalty scheme and booking tool are embedded via a custom system to simplify appointments and reward repeat visits. The backend allows staff to manage treatment menus, product pages, reviews and offers independently.
To support the spa’s dual‑location model, treatment depth and customer engagement, we developed a suite of features that deliver clarity and flexibility:
